  • contract left pec
  • extend right pec
  • right turning torso
  • contract both knees
  • grip left hand
Space x2
  • extend both glutes
  • contract right hip
  • extend left knee
space x1
  • extend right knee
  • contract right ankle ->Do not contract ankle if you contracted your abs at the start

if you want to try this in multiplayer I tested it against the standard double pec contract starter and instead of halfing them it just does a 16k damage kick to the ribs
