We haven't complained because they aren't as stupid as kyure to do it in front of people, atleast a half intelligent smod would try to hide shady shit they are doing, and i'm not even talking about the spawning tc, kyure's always throwing shit to the wind and blindly breaking rules only to be excused.
And it always feels like theirs someone here to ride kyures dick and try to defend him (I don't mean to be rude by this, but it's getting to be ridiculous how some staff still seem it be fit to defend him), when I brought up a point to Gynx about kyure posting sarcastic remarks and outright ignoring ban appeals, and this was weeks ago, never heard a word of it. I let Hanz0 know, he said he would talk to gynx, still never heard a word of it. Let an smod know and he said he would get a hold of them, and was never contacted to discuss what happened.
Please, if this is really an April Fools joke, listen to the community(I've also seen multiple staff saying he's pretty fucking shitty) and demote this dude, he isn't meant to have any bit of power, because it makes him the biggest jackass on the planet and makes him think he can do what he wants.

Also this, I can understand his first three fuck ups, but he's already been fucked up and scolded more times then a fucking hooker in New Jersey. He just says fucks it and does whatever he wants, then when he gets in trouble, you have admins posting "He is new give him some slack!"
New players are banned all the time for breaking a rule, smods should be no different.

Adding my story to this post of my encounters with Kyure.
A few months ago I was banned by Kyure for "account sharing" for five days,
the reason this happened is because in game Pouffywall said "Don I'm going
log into your account on the forums to update the event.", at the time I was
running a popular event and I was to busy at that moment to update something
so he did it for me on the forums. After being banned by Kyure I just thought,
well I guess I did break the rules and its only five days so I'll take the ban
without causing the staff any trouble. Then after a day Kyure changed my ban
to a permaban for no reason and I contacted him via IRC. When I tried to
discuss this with him he refused to listen to anything I said and then went on to
permaban all of my alts. After arguing with him in my ban appeal KiTFoX
posted stating that a permaban was too harsh a punishment and that a shorter
temp ban would be more appropriate. I kindly stated that I would accept a
temp ban without complaints and KiTFoX informed me via IRC that he would
wait for Kyure to change my ban thinking that Kyure would see the wrong in
his ways. Well after that one post from KiTFoX Kyure refused to post in my
ban appeal anymore, he ignored my ban appeal and never came back. At
this point Hanz0 stepped in and personally shortened my ban for me.
Then a month later I applied for and got into Liquor and one of my clan
mates ran into Kyure in-game and found out that I was in Liquor. He
then went on to call me "The most cancerous person he knows" and
told my clan members that when I had contacted him through IRC about
my ban that I had started screaming Nig*** and Fag*** at people in rage
and being generally Toxic. This was his sad lie in an attempt to get me
kicked from Liquor for his own satisfaction. I got these lies cleared up and
reported Kyure via PM to staff and all they did was supposedly scold Kyure
for his action, but I got no apology or anything for the trouble he caused me.
The face is that Kyure is a narcissistic fool with a self-serving point of view,
he lacks the ability to admit he's wrong and is nothing by a spoiled child with
no idea what responsibility and dignity is.

Another point I brought up. Staff haven't done anything with him besides supposedly "Scolding him" hundreds of time. And really? Him attacking users hasn't got him demoted yet?
