Why is it taking so long to be updated? Almost a week into october and it's still at septembers

so im guessing there wont be shiai items this month right?

The reason is simple those items will probably be Halloween items they will most likely be available from a week before until a week after haloloween

cant u just release some of it and when the rest gets finished release the rest?
