Hah, that is your personal rep square. People have the ability to +rep or -rep your posts depending on the quality. So if you have bad quality posts chances are you will get -rep. Get enough -reps and your square will turn red (just as yours did). Unfortunately some people do abuse the system and -rep for no reason but usually it does not have that much of an affect.

In other words, people are not agreeing with the posts that you are making.
