contract both glutes
extend left pec, elbow, wrist
lower left shoulder
raise right shoulder
contract right pec
extend left elbow, wrist
left rotate chest
left bend lumber
extend both ankles
space (ten frames)
lower right shoulder
contract right elbow
space (ten frames)

classic mode regular
