The state IS the constitution. Literal definition of a constitution: a body of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a state or other organization is acknowledged to be governed.

If you're following any constitution, then you're following the rules of the state.


And don't go into emotional arguments if you can't lead them to anything substantive. All of your statements are theoretical posits that do nothing to tackle the argument you should be trying to refute, which is the Second Amendment is functionally incapable of being used as a defense for, or justification of, a rebellion.

If you want to rebel, you don't need a justification. A successful rebellion only matters on one thing: that you will be victorious. Defeat means annihilation, surrender means execution. Nothing about the Second Amendment will protect you from either of those. It makes zero sense then that the Second Amendment would be drafted for those purposes.
