Persistent Adware
So I downloaded SOMETHING and now im covered to my neck in adware

Its called price chop and savemass (or some shit) and I have removed both the extensions and the application, but it made a PUP (I think) in my computer, whereas when I delete them and restart chrome, its still there.

I have used:

Malwarebytes (absolute shit)
Kapersky TDSS Killer (It might only work against rootkits)
Avast (pending, the finished scan might take about 2 hours.)

All the above applications are still on my computer.

I have tried:

Resetting Google Chrome to factory default
Running a scan with Malwarebytes (no detection of virus)
Running a scan with TDSS Killer (no detection of virus)
Running a scan with Avast (pending results)
malwarebytes is actually a pretty decent program

anyway, the best thing to do right now would be to system restore from a previous point, say a few weeks ago or something. if you have that disabled then try looking around on google to see if there are any simple fixes for that exact adware. if nothing works i would suggest re-installing windows (or whatever os you have), formatting the hard drive and saving anything important to an external drive
That seems a little extreme for some adware, Ill save that for a "no hope is left" option.

avast is almost done, so im hoping this will be the end of the problem.
-----
After a painstaking 2 hours of avast being a retard, with help from faint I have successfully system restored my computer from about 3 weeks ago. The adware is gone and I will close the thread.
