was wondring i found a set with realy bad quality i redraw the whole thing from a scratch while keeping the exact design is it legal to sell it?

I believe you should state the source if you sell it. That's the only thing that's making it illegal.

If the set does not belong to you, you cannot edit the textures and sell it.
