I bought 100,000 tc for $49.95 so i could buy cat ears from my tori shop. However when i clicked buy on the cat ears, it took me to the toribash website and asked if i was sure if i wanted to purchase it. I clicked yes but then it said this item is no longer available. so i bought 100,000 for nothing. Can i get a refund?

you probably you probably won't get a refund because it was not accidental or fraud. However you can try to buy the item from other players.

Please update your game client, you're still using a client that came out several years ago.
Newer builds sync Torishop data with the game server so you won't get in situations like this.
