But seriously, I just wanna know if that i5 works fine with the GA-B75M-D3H LGA1155 motherboard, if yes I'd probably buy that GPU.
Saw some benchmarks on internet and the i5 looks much better than AMD's.

as long as it is 1155 socketed, then it will work with the i5.

also check if the mobo has an enough amount of connectors, and expansion slots. You might want to expand with sound cards, raid controllers and such, and those usually need pci-e buses.

one pci-e and 2 pci, no more needed.

I personally have 3 pci-e, 2 of which support 8x crossfire/sli bandwidth.
