What happened to Rep system?
Title pretty much says it all.
I know there used to be a system with player rep...
If you go to some old tutorials and such you see comments such as

Why was the system removed?
It got removed for being pointless, highly abused, and just dumb. It then got added again, and people realized "oh wait this was terrible, why did we just re-add it?" and it got removed again. You know what we have instead? Actual reputations, like "oh I know that guy he's legit" or "man this fucker keeps shitposting".
If you see someone saying +rep it might not even be during a time when rep existed, it might just be shit talking tbh. At the time of that thread I'm not sure that rep was actually active. I thought it was removed before 08 then added back in like 10 (second rep actually overlapped with wibbles so hey that was a great idea good thinking I bet hamster was behind it
).
