i normally use -30 but i was once told use -21 for tricking

-21 will be a shit

for the tricktionary you are required to use -30, and it's generally accepted.
use it.

For ground action -30.00
Higher flips, etc etc -20.00

When I first started tricking I used judo gravity, then slowly moved on to -30

I prefer around -27. Makes it a bit easier in my opinion
