You should just pm the seller about what happened and ask him for a trade to take back your tcs.

They should be able to refund you..because they did this to me few years back when I bought something then they took it away

I pm'ed him and he said he spent the tc but he'll try to get it back. WE came to an agreement and said that if I can sell it before he gets the tc back its fine but if he gets the tc back first then we trade
