Hrm I just might start trying that. Though at the moment for me I tend to wait until I feel like I'm good enough to do the ideas. Like, dunno if you saw that five point perspective thing I posted, but I really (really really really) want to try that. Just feel like I don't have the skill to do it yet, without making a colossal failure that is.

I think the reason he mentioned that when the gap between vision and skill is that when the gap gets to large you can lose the sense of accomplishment that you normally get when you finish or work on a project. At least I know I more or less stopped sharing my new works for that reason.

Also nblx I feel the same with the burnouts and bursts of need. Not so much on the perfectionist side of things though - at least not always. Keep us updated on how the Intuos 5 goes. I heard some prefer the surface of the Intuos 3 but haven't heard much about the 5.
