He combined ITUA into one symbol, I honestly like it. It's only a quick doodle though. Has lots of potential.

When making your logo, try to give it a transparent background. It looks much better that way.

Try to use vectors next time so you won't have those pixelated edges.
It's a good start but it contains too much black. It makes the logo look heavy and unadorned. Try to add more details but don't mess around too much, keep it plain.
