You're using outdated version of Toribash. Make sure to download the latest version on steam or from Toribash website and that will fix your issue.

Hi, if this happens make sure you go to your Toribash directory (typically (C Games/Toribash or (C Programfiles (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Toribash) and enter your customs folder and delete your name. Then go back into Toribash and use the command /dl [yourname].

Newest version is 5.14, you'll need steam for it tho.
I have 5.14 and 5.12, on 5.12 it isn't visible but I can see it on 5.14.
