Tried with PS, most i could out of it was simple pen tool spam and shading.

Not that theres a problem with that. >_>

Well I think GATA could provide a summarised tutorial of PS compiled by it's members. New project ftw :P

I think the tutorials should be more for navigational purposes, and what all the tools do.
because if we teach them exactly how we do something, they will never develop their own style

i learnt to make everything use only few tools ( i had no filters) , and few weeks ago i found , that changing language to pl hides filters xD, and i needed just to show programme where are they

Now i'm still not using any filters anyway ( only on logo), best thingys imo are pen, darken, lighten and blur

i'll make tut with filters, cuz then it's wayyy easy
