It's because you named the mod Parkour_dreamblahblah (1).tbm
Rename it as it's made and it will work.

Okay so I downloaded the mod, and when I went to go play it, the only objects that show up are the door and parts of the playground. What did I do wrong?

You need the newest Toribash version. It allows up to 128 objects instead of the normal 16.
