when the bounty system was like bran new not even a day old i put a bounty on one of my accounts named shop man expecting i would lose the tc when the bounty was collected not straight away it is on page 11 can u refund the bounty?

No, I'm afraid not.
When you put up a bounty, that means you have lost that TC you put up and the moment someone beats the account, he/she gets the TC sent by you.

wat if u send the tc to that old account shopman because no1 is going to get the tc

If noone will get the TC (which basically means you wont be beaten) then the TC is lost.
