If you observe it closely, (please don't take this offensively) you'll notice it is relevant to the original topic. However, can you please tell them to stop sending me items? Thanks, because I think it's a possible bad influence to the other users.

Yeah I can't do that, players are free to send items to whoever they want to. What I can do and I did is ask them to stop posting such things in here.
