I dont know how to throw my arm or ripping it off...help

extend pecs
lower shoulders
contract elbows
contract wrists
grip hands
In hold all

But i want to throw them too...?

Figure it out.

EDIT: There ya go. Nothing fancy because I literally spent all of about 2 minutes making it, but I decided to do this. Hopefully it will help you out enough so that you can make your own.

Well heres an easy way to rip one off...perfect spot for archery

hold all

extend right pec
contract left pec
contract left elbow
raise left shoulder
grabby hands


you can do it with the other side too
