How to do an awesome decap...
Remember that decap move that you had to do in the tutorial? Well, this one's a lot like it, but BETTER! This decap move is WAAY stronger than the tutorial move and it looks WAAY more awesome! Here are the instructions:

Set everything normally... Matchframes: 500, Turnframes: 10... etc.

First, raise both shoulders and extend both glutes

Press space until you're at 450 frames...

Then, contract both pecs, contract both glutes, and extend both hips...

Press space until you're at 430 frames...

Then, lower both shoulders, and contract both hips...

Press P!

and that's all...

Contract Left Pec
Extend Right Pec
Extend Right Glute
Grab Left Hand

Use 2 Turns (Space Bar 2 Times)

Extend Left Pec
Contract Right Pec
Contract Both Elbows
Left Rotate Chest
Left Bend Lumbar
Extend Left Glute
Contract Left Hip
Contract Left Knee
Extend Left Ankle

Use 2 Turns (Space Bar 2 Times)

Use 1 Frame (Shift + Space 1 Time)

Extend Right Hip
Extend Left Knee

Use 1 Turn (Space Bar 1 Time)
Now

Burn With teh food
