Hi. Recently, whenever I have tried to place a bet I get a message saying 'your account is on the trading greylist.' I have no idea why this suddenly came up.

I was told to email [email protected], which I did, but have not yet received a reply.

Any info on/a solution to this would be much appreciated.

After you email them, you need to wait a few days. (Ask them to fix this for you)

Be patient. You are not the only one messaging them

Hmm i'd advise you to contact an Toribash Admin using IRC #support room
or regular PM.

I hope you get your solution solved soon :s

You need to contact any admin to remove you from greylist.
try to PM Phail, Faint or any MSquad member.

Yeah, you should try contacting an admin or Solax.
They can tell you why you're on the greylist and can get you off of it.
