Now, before I start dueling I ask myself
"Can I beat him?" / "Am I good at this mod?" / "CAN I BEAT HIM?"

if you have a friend you trust a lot, you can try giving him your stuff for some time so you cannot bet/gamble anything. or just sell off your skins, and buy some other stuff like games. it's better to be addicted to games rather than gambling
