Try manage to stand and pose like a karate master or something like that. You almost got it.
If you cant stand, try contracting one knee and extending the other and raise your ahdn for victory !

I'm really p*ssed off now, because I've done like 10 perfect poses and when the frames reach the end, it goes to free play mode automatically without saving my replay.

I get that problem sometimes too. Go to setup, options and then tick the 5th option down, Autosave replays. Super useful.

I must say, for a beginner, you're well on the way to being a replaymaker.
