Umm...You should re-upload another one with some scribbles on the flat or a spinny head before someone steals it.And,the edit you made is "just" ok.I can see a little of the blood on the black tape,you should fix that,and the eyebrows are good,fine.I'd give a 8/10.

To be honest, you've sort of screwed it up. You need to learn how to do smooth lines, them lines are all small straight lines and it looks terrible, fix the blurred part near the middle and don't rush into black from a soothing yellow, it just doesn't work. Also, I don't like the blood and the black X, it just isn't in the style at all, it's meant to be somewhat robotic. I mean, copying and changing other heads isn't a good way to learn texturing at all, just look at flats of heads made by epic artists and try to discover what they do.
