Though i haven't played league in a bit, I know the Veigar nerf sorta of hampered his abilities as a viable mid, along with the DFG removal. You sort of have to rely on how much cs you can get wit your q and hope you out farm whoever you're facing. But if Veig misses his stun then r.i.p
