Accepting tips how to punch like a pr0 k ty

Remember it was a SELFSPAR, so dont expect much

I made a replay to show how punch.
When you extend the arm who is ready to punch you contract the other arm for a better spin.
Always hold wrist before punch, when you give the punch you can extend the wrist 1 or 2 frames after extend elbow (Wrist & elbow don't have to be extended a the same time you can loose your power).
