I suggest you to use references to draw manga.

the head is a sphere and a plane, not a single sphere, also the head is also big compared to the body.
All eyes in every style of art has a pupil, you didnt do it.
Hair isnt like manga, try to copy some references.

it is abstract, I think you made the simplicity fine.

Copy more from reference and you will get better.

Well, I wasn't drawing Manga.. it was just an anime doodle in my style. But I probably should use references. It makes it harder without - just felt bad doing so.

Also, about every piece of art where the eyes have a pupil. I've noticed not every single pair of eyes is the same, and not all of them have defined pupils. But I'll try and see what I can do for the next thing I make. Thank Ya.

photoshop was pretty complicated for me so something pretty simple would be great

Well, I recommend Gimp 2.8 if Photoshop was too hard. Gimp is basically it but dummed down. Or try Krita.
