Shoveling is indeed annoying, but usually the people doing it aren't very skilled so you can still win quite easily. Nonetheless nice idea for a mod, even if it is a bit limiting for combat intensive purposes.

That's actually what the mod "aikido big dojo" is there for. If it is too difficult for you to counter shovels and lifts just play ABD. By opinion, I enjoy being shoveled...it's more challenging.

abd is broken mod. after dojo size was increased to prevent lifters nobody gave a fuck about changing dm, so current abd metagame is all about dms and score. clearly anything but akido. this is why these mods are intoroduced.

to keep viable aikido strategy (throws/pindowns) intact while excluding possiilities to shovel or collapse torso/arms with grabs.
