2) make your camera movement more dynamic. When people like Habu and slumped keyframe a replay, you'll notice that the camera moves around a lot and focuses on hits and interesting angles to give it a more 'involved' feel, for lack of a better word.

3) Get rsmb- It's a motion blur plugin that will make the fast parts of your video look way more natural, but too much of it will take the detail away from your video.
