Looks quite nice! I like how there is no obstruction between the players yet still things that can be used, such as the stairs. I'm not sure how I feel about there not being a floor, but nice nonetheless.

I hope to do a spar on this soon!

Love it. I've always waited for a spar where you can go higher and use stuff and stuff.

The variety of stairs mixed with the small balcony makes so sense though. Is it a person's house or a building that has a top view?

It would be nice if the door had an inside too. Like some baseball bats and a sword to use. Creativity says to lock someone in for the end of the spar.

If you're going to edit this, why not make a window breakable?

But instead of suggestions, I'll give you some CNC

I love the stairs and how realistic it is. The small balcony is a little too small. The position feels too off to me. Most of the items ask you to turn around or to get somewhere.

Thank you for your post, it's nice to know I came with something new.

I'll make second version of this mod with ground, things to pick up and well, balcony won't be useless my little head is full of ideas.

Looks quite nice! But can there be like destruction falling like how you say, "cracks" in the walls whenever you throw a punch into them? Overall, 8/10
