How do you usually build him?

It depends.

Vs Zed I rush zhonya.

If I get back with 1600+ I get that 1600g item, forgot the name and then proceed to get the 820g cdr item and shoes on the next back.

If I back with less than that.

I get 820g item + shoes + 435g item if I have the gold for it.

As for the full build, I found stinger to be not as useful on Azir and I didn't really like attackspeed on him.

So I go full ap:

Zhonya/Rabadon, which you buy first depends from the situation, but you get both.

So Zhonya>Mormalamalalalelceocn>Rabadons>Rylais>Void staff/or Luden's if you're rich.
