Lol, well, pixel for pixel, this isn't gonna be like the crysis head. However, the 512 is opening up a lot of room for improvements.


Yeah, I guess they are. It won't be too hard to fix since they have their own layer.

some of your stuff has fairly substantially sized eyes aswell alpha, are you saying yours are too big? :P
i dont mind big eyes when theyr done well enough anyway

the top teeth just irritate me, they sorta blend into the eyes, but not well enough that you dont notice them...
get rid of the top ones, keep the bottom ones.

the rest is reminding me of the nightmare head, except its just... smoother. and more colours, the red and orange shades on the side pieces are really doing it for me

Yeah, some of my earlier heads lack proportion and have way to big eyes.
I'm just trying to help DJ here Ben, that's why I'm here.

But I'm sure the head will look way better when the eyes are just a little bit smaller,
lets say around 70-80% of the size they're now.

Removed the top teeth, which were a lot easier. Added the brow plate. Didn't shrink the eyes before I made the spinny. I'm gonna do more of the forehead before finishing the face, so I can get a feel for the character.



Pretty small steps, but I don't have much time, just a few minutes.

somehow, it looks worse in my opinion. It looks like Wow orc with different skin and dark armour :3

I like how the "brow plate" looks.

But I still think the eyes are to big, you'll notice that when you'll fill in the white of the eyes.

Curious about the end result though.

Added a brow plate to bring the top closer together. Enhanced some shading. Shrunk eyes by 10% (might do more later). Took away teeth.

and lol. now it somewhat looks bit empty :/

haha, yeah. It needs some more work to replace the teeth.

i quite liked the bottom row of teeth.
why did you take them out?
