12. Not allowed:
-Advertising shops (i.e. "You pay me X and I put Y in my signature/avatar/usertitle/posts/whatever")
-Any sale of accounts/items/currency from other games that violates the ToS of that game
-Lotteries
-Begging/loan threads of any kind

in addition to that, runescape doesnt allow selling accounts in the first place
as can be seen here
