Day 1
The alarm clock went off as the digits turned to 7:00 AM. The 30 year old man reached for the "snooze" button and heard a piercing silence as the alarm turned off. The man rolled over in awe as he glared at his dead wife in the bed. The woman was soaked in the glossy blood that was pouring out of the stab marks in her ear. The man suddenly passed out in disbelief.

2 hours later...

The sound of pulsing vibrations from the doorway downstairs startled the man and caused him to get up. He quickly threw the covers over his dead wife. He put on his robe, and advanced down the daunting steps to where he would find a bloody "X" imprinted on the oak wood floor. The man shocked, slipped on the ice-like steps and fell down all the way to the door into the oil-like blood. Stunned, he opened up the door desperately. But to his surprise he noticed an invisible figure standing in the doorway. He shut the door, as it was starting to rain. The phone rang, he went to go answer it and with no answer put the phone back on the hook. He headed for the steps as the phone rang again. He went to answer it and noticed heaving breathing, and gave a resouding "Hello?" Continued breathing scared the man and he hurrily hung up. Running for the steps the man tripped on an unfamiliar bag in the hallway and noticed a dialing cell phone in one of the pockets. He picked it up and noticed the number being dialed was that of his house. He forcefully picked up the phone and threw against the wall. The phone shattering into bits decorated the floor in reflective pieces. The man headed for the steps and made it up to the top. He noticed a shadow-like person standing at the end of the hallway. It quickly disappeared and the man ran into his room. Saddened by his wife, who was a well respected nurse in the area, had seemed to be missing from the bloodied bed. Startled, the man closed the door behind him and jumped out the window to a painful fall. The shadow-like man standing in the broken window peered out at the man as he had suprisingly landed in a driveway, that of the neighbors.

Day 2
Red and blue lights painted the windows of the empty house. The paramedics rushing in, as somebody had witnessed a murder.

Flashback...

The boy said that he had just woken up, and was opening up his blinds. He said that glanced acrossed the street into the upstairs and noticed the lights on. Tired, the boy continued to glare.

5 minutes later...

The boy dozing off was awoken by a flash. He quickly viewed the room atop the two-story house. Noticing quick flashes back and forth the room, with a black figure against the window pane. He noticed a blood splatter on the window as an icepick was chucked at the women embedding her in her wall.

Back to paramedics...

Quickly up the steps the front man slowly walked into the enlightened corridor of that of the womans. Stammering to pull himself together, the man hurried into the room. The woman was pinned against the wall with the the ice pick swallowed through the back of her head into the closet behind her. The paramedics called in a death, and got the body bag and stretcher. The woman was encased in the body bag and taken to the ambulance on the stretcher. One of the paramedics, Marcus, noticed the little boy in the window and waved him on. The boy stared at Marcus and his eyes glowed red. Frightened, Marcus got the attention of the rest of the paramedics and when he pointed to the window the boy was gone and a painted red "X" was on the window.

Arriving at the Hospital...

The paramedics arrived at the hospital at 7:06 PM. The dead woman taken to the ER, and within moments in a room. The doctors trying to get the bag undone, just to observe the incident. The doctors in utter shock as they reveal that no woman is in the bag, at all. Not even a trace of blood. A shadow standing in the ER window enhanced its visibility and scattered into thin air.

Day 3

An old man snoring peacefully in his bed is woken up by his television that suddenly turned on with increasing volume. The man startled got the remote and turned it off. The television turned back on and the channels flickered to the news. Channel 7 News was reporting suspicious deaths by unknown figures. The news reported it as the "Silent Violence." The news reporter, Howard, looking unhelplessly scared, was sweating profusely. The pits stains visible live on-air was a scare alone, but not until the cameraman pans to the left of the Howard to catch a glimpse of something more surreal than ever. An unhappy experience turned vicious when Howard was being stabbed with a blue pen. Howard turned to the camera shouting "Help! Help!" Only time would tell what would happen, and with the adrenaline pumping the cameraman continued to film. The man was being tossed around the news room. Out of the shadows emerged an alien more lethal than god, built to kill. The cameraman stumbled, fell off of his podium and snapped his neck on a desk behind him. The camera still centered on the "alien" was capturing sight of it unveiling a mace. Howard cowardly sitting in the corner glared at the "alien" and continued along the wall to the nearest doorway. Howard desperately reached for the knob to find that it was locked. Howard got up and tripped up on a cable falling to his knees in front of the "alien." The "alien" started to breathe deeply and vanished.

Seconds later...

Howard was beginning to get up, thinking everything was okay. The shadow appeared for a mere second just to unleash the mace flinging at Howard. Howard jumped up and the mace caught his head and decapitating him with no whim at all. The rest of the newsroom started to race to the exits at the site of this. A little boy stared as he sat at a desk. He hopped off the chair and started walking to the "alien" began to transform into an "alien" himself.

Year 3000...

Many myths have been made to tell things untrue. Somewhere along the line of real and surreal had been misprinted and called the "Silent Violence" a lie. This being a more well-known urban legend only time will tell before more deaths await, and where more victims lay.
