It will not get removed because it is a very good tool to spot multiclienters. ;o
Maybe a way to verify accounts so they don't get marked as multiclienters would be good.

Redundant gave you a solution... You need to varify both accounts... Do this with by verifying the emails on the accounts. If this doesn't fix the problem PM an admin to have them help you verify the accounts.
