On the front page with the tutorials, the punching one says to contract your arm, how do you do that? i can contract elbow and wrist and raise shoulders, but how to contract arms? Help plz.

Contracting the elbow should do (think maybe those joints were called arms in some earlier version, thus tutorial being wrong-ish).

yeah, thats an error on my part, just follow what the mouse does and youre all set .
it should say 'raise shoulders' where it says arms now.
