Nice balance on that final dash. o.o I can always seem to run perfectly when it's not where I want it to go. ;P
I think if you don't lean back so far at the initial clash point, you'll do amazingly. When you start leaning back to far, try holding your back hip when it's about up and down. Make sure the knee is held too.

I think I did pretty good for my second spar, I'll keep your advise in mind next time I spar :3
