How many samples do you use for rendering? I think you should up the number, whatever it is, the left thigh is especially affected.

Its a progressive render. So basically the longer you wait the higher quality render you get, the more samples it will render. You only set a minimum and maximum sample amount, which also means I didn't wait long enough Kappa.
