People can just as easily spampost in other areas of the forums.
DarkJak among many other people, has given us many examples of this.

Nah man, I just noticed that he has like 5k posts and he has only been here a month longer than me, and i consider myself to have been quite active in a lot of subforums over the last few months.

He knows I aint hating on him ;)

Admittedly, that'd be rather nazi-ish, but if you guys want such an administration, we can provide.

I don't consider that spamming. I'd call it encouragement for new artists and rating art. :/
If you look at most of my art comments they are also a lot more then that.

I think we could run it like this:

Posts such as:

Could be infractable on the grounds of not really contributing to the thread. I mean, they contribute to the creator due to him getting his ego boosted, but come on. If someone says "those texts look ugly", we'd infract them, wouldn't we?

Posts such as:

Would not be infractable due to actually contributing to the author. (He points out what made it good, which might be a good guideline to the artist in the future.)

Again, this would be a very strict way of ruling, and I'm not sure we'd want that. I'm just drawing some templates here :P

We've been infracting people for "Useless posts" for a long time, and they truly are useless. Just as CMon says, if someone says "they're shit" without any constructive criticism, we infract. If someone says "cool texts" without constructive praise, we don't? Sure, "they're shit" might seem insulting, but they're not aimed at the author, they're aimed at the textures. :P

Well.. it's working. But I don't think it's very fair.
