Getting uke to face away from me?
Is there a way to make uke's back be facing me and if so, how could I do it?
Well, you could use a mod that starts out that way, if someone's willing to make one, or you could hit one of Uke's arms to start a spin, then nail him in the back.
Proud iCoF Leiutenant. You strike first. I strike last.
That would be making them face back to back.

Set the settings you want and save the replay without doing anything.
Go to your replay folder, Right click --> Open with --> some kind of texteditor, notepad for instance.

You will see something like this.

#!/usr/bin/toribash
#made with toribash-3.72
#SCORE 0 0
#WIN 1
VERSION 10
FIGHTNAME 0; jpugw
BOUT 0; [RAWR]NutHug
BOUT 1; uke
AUTHOR 0; [RAWR]NutHug
NEWGAME 0; ....

There shouldn't anything below the NEWGAME line. Delete if there is something.

Now put
ENGAGE 0; 0.000000 1.000000 0.000000 0 0 0
ENGAGE 1; 0.000000 -1.00000 0.000000 0 0 0
between 'AUTHOR 0' and 'NEWGAME'
You can change the 1 and -1 to adjust the engagedistance.
Save the file and open it with Toribash.
Press e to start playing.

Oblivion: that wasn't hilarious
Oblivion: it was brilliantly complex though
Oblivion: hands down man
Oblivion: today I genuinely believe more than I ever did before
Oblivion: that you are better than me

You could use "/set engagerotation 180" but that will make you face back to back. I'm pretty sure theres a way of doing it to only Uke, but I'm not sure how.
Quit, probably.
Well, it works when I do it so I guess you did something wrong.

well there is one way.

You can set rotation to 100 (or 200) and try starting off to spin towards uke's direction.

Then, if your carefull enough, you can snap him in half =D

This reminds me of asassin's creed.
