you can use a credit card to buy tp, you just need a paypal account or smething (i would know cause thats how i brought it.)

You need to get Forum VIP for the background and the symbol. For now what you can get is a Signature picture, bigger avatar, custom Usertitle text, secret forum, and the ability to search the forums.

With just the toriprime subscription, you are not able to have a prefix or a background image for your posts.
You'd need VIP for those privileges.
Read this entry from the FAQ for more information.

-The Power to change the name of your Usertitle.
-The Power to have unlimited characters in your signature.
-The Power to see a secret Toriprime board.
-The Power to search the forums.
-The Power to have GIF avatars.
-The Power to upload bigger avatars.
-The Power to have a picture in your signature (Up to 400x100 pixels).

This is all you can do with just the toriprime subscription.
