My [TABD] app for official was sent to Erth 3 weeks ago and i never got any reply and it says that the decision will take 2-3 weeks but nothing yet...

The guide is a very rough estimate and given the size of the clan council, is likely to take longer. You just need to be patient and we'll get back to you once a decision is made.
