If you use the Help IRC (Website) than You probably need to do (/msg ChanServ IDENTIFY #eVo "password") when you join to the channel.

You have to use "/msg nickserv identify password" every time when you login to the irc or just put it in your perform, no chanserv and no #eVo needed.
