This is a song a I did a while ago for my assessed task at school. Let me know what you like or dislike about it.

the pad that first showed up reminded me of something out of old hiphop productions and got me all hyped up because i really like that stuff. i don't know if this is good or bad but the beat caught me off guard (i think i was just expecting something more hip hop ish and less electronic)

i think i have a problem with the sound at 0:49, the synth you used sounds like something that would be a lead synth, but you only play 3 continuous notes with it, which is something that would be done more with like a pad, or with a less abrasive/softer synth, otherwise it sounds annoying or too harsh.


honestly after listening a bit more i think i like the drums. nice engineering aswell

Thank you for the comment I can definitely agree with that lead synth sound being abrasive, My thinking behind it was to try something weird. That said, I can defiantly understand what you're saying.
