If a leader ( Hanz0 or Delaid) says "no" to you joining, then that's it.

@Jack4ss : you seem like a nice guy, from what i've seen, but it seems that [NO] has gone more selective. Just hang around. If everyone gets to know you, then you're more likeley to be accepted.
