I have run clans before. I know how to make them survive and not die off and one of the main ways is to find active players who are good. I'm going to resign from TCT but I'm still keeping my recruiting rules strict and keeping this clan striving forwards.

It may be striving forward but it isn't the complete responsibility of the leader to keep the clan going. It's the members responsibility as much as it is yours. You're approaching this in the completely wrong way. You have to start with people that may not be what you classify as good. Then as time goes on you weed out the bad members. And also, if I wasn't posting here your thread would be pretty dead and "dying off".

We're not dying. I'm trying to keep the clan strong because I don't want it to die. We're not a forum clan really anyways, we're an ingame clan. I'll lower my recruiting standards for now until we reach ten members then we will go back to the way it was planned. Sound good?

I just don't want to turn into a clan like Cobras that everyone disrespects because they have lots of new players.

And being active on the forum is just as important as being active ingame.
Otherwise, what's the point of it being a social thing? Then everyone could just be clanless and play ingame and being on the forum would be completely pointless.
Again... that leads to the death of a clan.

Perhaps sodomy was actually the wrong word. I think "beastiality" describes what you want to make a gif more accurately.
