Looking for someone to make the whole GUI background (all parts).

I want it to be fun, bright colours. Such as Rainbows and maybe a cartoon character waving or something.
Style should be Cartoon.

[GUI] Logo
[GUI] Splatter

Paying in TC Only. Min of 20k max of 45k.
