Back-hand Arm Rip. Very Easy!!! (not sure if it's been done before)
I'm new to Toribash and this is my first (good) move.

Demo settings.

Space x1
Press C
Contract Left Pecs
Contract Left Elbow
Space x3 (x4 if you want to beat your right arm off)
Extend Left Pecs
Extend Left Elbow
Space x1
Sticky Hands
Space x1
Contract Left Pecs
Contract Left Elbow.
Press P.

And there you go.
